For large-scale events requiring exclusive use of QUAD, full building hire offers complete access to our cinemas, studios and public spaces, creating a truly bespoke experience. Your event will be supported by a dedicated team including a Duty Manager, Event Coordinator and Customer Service Assistant to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Ever wanted to hire out the cinema for a private screening? Here at QUAD you can do just that, and we have three screen sizes for you to choose from with prices starting from £450 + VAT.
Private screenings at QUAD are the perfect way to celebrate a special occasion. These can be booked at any time subject to availability. We advise booking these at least 2 months in advance.
Are you a film maker looking to screen your film? Get in touch to find out about our film maker discount.
Private screenings at QUAD include:
- Capacity for 40 – 230 guests (depending on screen size)
- Exclusive hire of the space for the duration of the film
- Film screening of your choice (subject to availability)
- Screening rights to show the film
- Option to show a photo slideshow / slides / other on screen
- Dedicated projectionist
